Having assigned commandments for teaching over the next several weeks, we wrap up Howard Hendricks' book and learn a little background on the Ten Commandments this week. Here's how the workload might play out:
Monday - Take the Ten Commandments Quiz and then read the Introduction to the Ten Commandments
Tuesday - Read "Learning to Teach," by Reg Grant, "Unadulterated Words," by David Mills, and chapters 6-7 in Ian Thomas' The Saving Life of Christ
Wednesday - Read Exodus 13-24 and 32-34, as well as Psalms 25-27, and consider a couple mini-lessons for outlining out of that portion of Scripture
Thursday - Read chapters 4-7 of Howard Hendricks' book, Teaching to Change Lives
Friday - Review memory verses, such as 1 Peter 4:10, Proverbs 27:17, and Philippians 2:3
